Steven Bender has more than 40 years of experience in water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution system projects.  His responsibilities include conceptual planning, financial analysis, system design, regulatory permitting, and coordination of geotechnical investigations.  Steve has prepared numerous water and wastewater master planning reports, providing clients with sustainable solutions and a sound, comprehensive plan for future capital improvements.  He is a graduate of Indiana University and is active in the local chapter of the American Water Works Association and the Indiana Rural Water Association.  Steve resides in Indianapolis and is an avid cyclist, jazz aficionado, and duplicate bridge player.
